Excellent service from start to finish!!! I contacted the business this morning via their website and was booked for service call a few hours!! The representative explained in layman’s terms what was the problem and what needed to be done to repair our door. Within the hour all the work was done and I couldn’t have been happier!! Precision Garage Door is awesome. The last time I needed them (2007) they came right out and replaced the springs that support and lift the door. They were honest then and still are. I needed them yesterday (2019) because the door had actually broken somewhat. Rather than try to sell me an expensive complete door, the guy (Jeff) was able to do a simple repair and the door worked like new again. I admire their honesty and integrity and will continue to use them should I have future problems with my garage door. They are the best as far as I am concerned.

I was disappointed that the service man came to our house only to advise that we need to replace the door. Which is fine except he still charged the $59 fee and included another $59 fee on the quote. He didn’t fix anything. I called the competitor and asked if they charge to come out and give a quote they said “Ofcourse not”... precision door gave me a reason not to give them my business.

We called Precision on a Friday night. Precision sent a service-person on Saturday morning. Geoff was excellent. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed our problem. Geoff persisted even when new garage issues were discovered. He got the job done in a very professional manner. Would highly recommend Geoff and Precision services to anyone in the area.

The trolley on our LIftMaster, chain drive, garage door opener system was worn out. The repair appointment was scheduled within a 2 hour window. The technician arrived in the early part of the appointment window and called in advance of arriving confirming the needed part was on the truck. The repair was performed efficiently and professionally in less than an hour and the technician answered some questions as he replaced the part. The technician's performance was definitely 5-star. The 4-star rating was because the service was a little pricey even with the AAA discount.

I called first thing this morning (7:30) and got an appointment scheduled for later in the day (12-2). The lady that answered the phone was very nice and got down all of my information. They sent me a confirmation email with the techs that could come to my house and mentioned the one that would be coming so you could see exactly who to expect. That is a very nice touch! They called me back later and said they would move me up between 10-12 due to other jobs being doing quicker. Adam C called me and told me he would be 12 mins out. Came in, diagnosed the problem, told me the cost and went on to fixing the spring while also tuning up the garage door to work well in future. Very nice, courteous, and professional! Definitely a company I would recommend to anyone!

Excellent Experience! Michael and Michael came out on time as scheduled. They called 30 mins prior to tell me they were on their way. They were very professional, courteous and friendly. They patiently answered all of my questions while diagnosing the problem and explained everything clearly along the way. My repair had a few snags due to age of the system, but they stayed for three hours to make sure the job was done and all was working properly. You cannot go wrong with this company in my experience. Especially if you ask for the TWO MICHAELS!! Highly recommended.

I asked for someone to come to my house to look at my garage door because it sometimes wouldn't close all the way. The representative came out and said because of the age of the door and opener it might be best to replace the door. He took measurements and said someone would be calling to talk to me about a new door however he charged me $59 for a service call. So I paid $59 for nothing. I was told that if I buy a new door the $59 will be credited toward that but if I had a tune-up it would only have cost me $49. We'll see what happens when I meet with someone about a new door but I feel that I've kind of been ripped off. It was not the representative's fault since he was just following orders.

I have already called and asked to speak to a manager and I have not received a call from one yet. I need a manager to call me at 7066646309. You charge 60 dollars to inspect and tell clients what’s wrong, but didn’t do a full inspection so now im out of money and my garage isn’t fix!

The technician called ahead before his arrival and was on time. I had scheduled a service call to have the technician program two remotes I had purchased online. Although he tried hard to program these remotes, he was unable to do so, as they were incompatible. He didn't charge me since he said he didn't do anything.
