I was charge for nothing the tech just look at the door and said that he can't fix the cable because they don't fix cable but he could change it over for 500.00 that's not what I was told on the phone by a rep we can fix anything I explain to him what was wrong with the door he said that is no problem we can fix it but I guess they forgot to tell the tech so (0) star for me

Jeff did a great job. He explained everything in detail. He helped us in programming garage door for the our cars, but one of the car was not able to open the garage door later on. We also forgot to tell him to program our pad to open the door from outside if someone doesn’t have remote or if the car doesn’t have garage opener. We would appreciate if Jeff can come and help us solve these issues. We would definitely recommend your company to our friends and family. Appreciate you early response.

The service that I received from Precision Door and Geoff in particular was outstanding. Geoff called before he came, arrived on time, and listened attentively while I explained the problem with my garage door opener. I had an excellent experience with Precision. They sent someone the day after I called. Ahead of time, they sent me an email letting me know that he would arrive in a uniform and marked truck and they included his picture - fantastic safety measures! Adam called to tell me he was on his way and arrived on time. My problem was more complicated than we first thought (the garage door opener was pulling away from the wall), but he called for advice and they figured out how to fix it. He had the work completed and cleaned up within an hour. I would definitely use Precision again.
