Can't say enough about how pleased I am with the work that Geoff did to get my door operating again. He arrived in a timely fashion ready to work. Took one look and knew exactly what was needed. He installed new cables and rollers and made all the adjustments to get my old, original-to-the-house door working smoothly again. Another well-known local company had told me the door was going to have to be replaced and was not interested in talking repairs. Geoff's work is warranted for one year, so I have time to decide how and when to replace. From my first contact with the employee who answered my call for help (she was kind, patient, knowledgeable and efficient) to the time Geoff packed up his tools and left was less than 24 hours. Could not have asked for better consideration and service. I liked receiving the emailed confirmation of my appointment for repairs letting me know just who and what to expect. Thank you, Precision Garage Door, for a job well done.

5 Stars - appointment made, notice given, but since the service technician, Geoff, had an appointment change, contacted me early. He saw the problem, fixed it and was on his way quickly. The payment pad with the cube system was easy to use and invoices sent immediately. We will continue call on Precision Garage Door as needed and recommend to others.
