When I called 3 companies for quotes on new garage doors, Precision was THE ONLY one who responded. The only one. The technician called to let me know he was on his way, was very respectful and arrived when he said he would. The work was completed as quoted and perfectly and in a timely manner. I will highly recommend these folks, and next time I need service, I won’t bother calling anyone else but Precision. Thank you!!

Pricing is outrageous! Replacing a spring shouldn’t be more than $180. $80 for the spring, $100 for the labor. The first price was $360. Thankfully I found a coupon and a senior discount,..still feel ripped off. Never again.

I have already called and asked to speak to a manager and I have not received a call from one yet. I need a manager to call me at 7066646309. You charge 60 dollars to inspect and tell clients what’s wrong, but didn’t do a full inspection so now im out of money and my garage isn’t fix!

The technician called ahead before his arrival and was on time. I had scheduled a service call to have the technician program two remotes I had purchased online. Although he tried hard to program these remotes, he was unable to do so, as they were incompatible. He didn't charge me since he said he didn't do anything.

Was very surprised to be able to get a same-day appointment. I was called 30 minutes prior to arrival, and the gentleman who came was professional and thorough. He also took the time to look at the other garage door opener to make sure it was in good shape and gave us a tip about the bulbs in the units and how they could potentially open/close on their own due to the frequency in the bulbs. Good warranty to boot.
