Adam Clemente was very friendly and professional. He did a great job of removing my 40 year old wooden door and installing a new steel door. I had called for a repair because one of the torsion springs had broken but it didn't take much convincing for Adam to sell me a new door.

We received a call this morning a little before 8:00 a.m. and Adam from Precision Door said he would be here in about 45 minutes. He arrived on time, checked out the problem we had with our garage door, and fixed it. Adam was extremely nice and we are well pleased with the service we received.

I had an excellent experience with Precision. They sent someone the day after I called. Ahead of time, they sent me an email letting me know that he would arrive in a uniform and marked truck and they included his picture - fantastic safety measures! Adam called to tell me he was on his way and arrived on time. My problem was more complicated than we first thought (the garage door opener was pulling away from the wall), but he called for advice and they figured out how to fix it. He had the work completed and cleaned up within an hour. I would definitely use Precision again.

Had a problem with garage door going up. Called this morning at 8:30 and by 11 a technician (John) was on-site. Immediately diagnosed the problem (broken spring) and had the part replaced inside 20 minutes. Talk about service! Another great experience with this team! Thank you all

Adam was the technician that made a repair to our garage doors. He was very nice and it only took a few minutes to take care of the tracks and he was very thorough. I was very pleased with Precision Door Service. I was also very happy that they have someone located in Spartanburg instead of someone having to come out of another town.
