I choose Precision because you had serviced my garage door soon after I moved here some 6 years ago. The whole unit was falling away from the ceiling and I had noticed a lot of grating sound when opening & closing. Your service man was here in one hour and fixed everything . Thank You!!!

Your tech was great. Very professional and work focused. What I could not get over was the estimated cost to replace my current door opener. I was quoted a number of about $547. It about blew me away! I tried to negotiate down, but not much movement, so I passed on the replacement. Felt like I had other options.

Garage door broke day before Fathers Day. Called and Precision sent technician out on Fathers Day Ricky Brown was our technician. Called and said TOA was 2:30. Arrived on time took a look to see what the problem was. Discussed with us and gave price One hour later work was completed. Ricky was very professional and courteous.
