What would work, what works better,best etc. Explained everything in detail. Installation by Blake and the other guy(didn't catch his name) was fantastic. Very professional and explained the Installation, made sure everything was right and great job cleaning up when finished. All where very professional from sale to install to finish. Great job. Our automatic garage door would not open or close. The rollers were off track and the many of the brackets were either cracked or broken. Cody with Precision Door met us promptly at the appointed time, and after he carefully reviewed all the issues with the door and the tracks, he explained the necessary repairs to remedy the issues. He carefully reviewed the options and the costs, then once we agreed, he went right to work. Our home is only four years old; however, the builder did not make the effort to be sure that the garage door was properly installed and had the necessary hardware to function for the lifetime of our home. Cody was very knowledgeable, and when he completed his work, my garage door opened and closed so smoothly that it was barely audible. What an improvement.

From the time we called to the time the work was completed, the process was fast and super easy. We got an appointment right away, and Tripp came out and assessed the issue. He gave us our options and, once we decided what was best for us, he did a complete overhaul in about 30 minutes and everything was working right again.
