Technician John Maersch arrived promptly and did a great job installing a new opener and making sure our garage door was safe as our door is so heavy. He even programmed my Kia to accept the new garage opener codes!

After repeated service calls, I was not happy with our previous vendor, AAA Doors, so I contacted American Home Shield under our homeowner's warranty. Precision was selected by AHS to repair our roll-up door. Aaron came out and did a great job of analyzing the problem and showing me how he would correct it. AHS may have contacted you this time, but I'll be the one calling the next time I need trustworthy service.
