Kenny was an excellent technician. Persdonable and knowleg Kenny did an excellent job. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He was personable and knowledgeable, explaining best ways to repair it myself if it happened again. He also checked for safety and made sure to recommend maintenance strategies for a southern, salt air climate.

Sunday morning our garage main spring snapped preventing us to open door. The next open appointment was late in the evening and my wife had a plane to catch. Luck would have it i received a call from Kenny and he had an opening at noon. Without haste, he got the door fixed and working better then it was before it broke and just in time for my wife to catch her plane. Kenny was very professional and answered ALL my questions and concerns. No doubt Precision garage repair knows their stuff. Thanks Kenny for getting everything working again. Andrew is a really nice young man - courteous, friendly, and genuine. The garage door assembly had come ;loose from the garage door and I had tried to fix it, but was unable to get the door to stay closed. Andrew not only put a new part on the door, but he also checked every screw in the door to make sure they were all tight. After inspecting the whole door assembly, he recommended some other work which would make the whole thing almost new. No pressure - just efficient and proficient work. We are well pleased!!! Thanks Andrew.

A wheel came off the track and the double garage door could not be closed. Precision was the only company of the three I called that agreed to come out the same day. I called about noon on Saturday and they scheduled me for 8 PM. Ken showed up about 8:05 and had my door repaired and operating by 8:40. I had a coupon for service call and was charged only for repair. Thank you for keeping me from sleeping with one eye open if I had to leave that door open all night.

Excellent, timely service. Decided to change out two older, noisy opener units for the Precision Belt drive model, and replaced rollers and springs on the garage doors. Operation is now very quiet with the doors' weights well balanced. Installation went well with both systems changed over and completed within 3 hours. Serviceman was very knowledgeable, and organized in both his work and clean-up. Will recommend Precision in the future.
