Rating 5......As an absentee homeowner (living in Hawaii) of a home I have IN SUMMERVILLE, it has been difficult getting someone to repair my garage door. I found Precision on the Internet, called them, and they were out the same day to fix my door. Should have called them months ago!!! Technician Ken replaced the drums, springs, bearings, etc. I paid over the phone and informed my property manager that the door is now good. Super job by Precision Door Service of Charleston and Ken.

I changed the weather stripping around the garage door and the pressure against the door changed. The door would close, then open. I made and appointment for Saturday where a young man named Andrew Pope came to the house to work on the door and opener. Andrew was VERY Polite, Knowledgeable, Professional and listened to my concerns. Andrew made adjustments to the garage door opener, did a FANTASTIC tune up tightening screws, bolts, oiling links and making sure that the garage door worked properly. Andrew opened and closed the door 20 times to make sure that the door worked properly before leaving. Thank you to Andrew for EVERYTHING that he did for me. Fantastic Young Man...5 STARS...

I considered 3 bids from top companies and pick Precision for the Sales Person's detailed and simplified explanations,the quality of their garage doors and the lower deposit payment. Followup after the first visit was superior to others. The installation met my Expectations and they cleaned up neatly afterwards. On a scale of 1-5, I will give a 4.5 rating to Precision and highly recommend this company for garage doors installation. We replaced our our old garage doors.

The technician arrived early, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. He was very pleasant and explained what he was doing. He left the work site clean. And the charge was more than reasonable. The product I purchased (not listed in the menu) is a new seal along the bottom of the door.

Ryan was great. He explained what he was doing and evaluated the system. After he was done (i got the roller replacement as well) the door operated fully again - it had been failing and was requiring assistance to close. got the garage door tune_up and replace rollers.

Same day, efficient service from Ken. He explained our options, then replaced the broken and necessary parts. The door is quieter than it has been in the 12 years since it was installed. He arrived about 6 PM on a cold, rainy night and was done in about an hour. Great service!

When I called to make an appointment to address garage door opener I was told by receptionist that you had parts to repair a Quantum opener, but when the serviceman came he said that quantum no longer made openers and that could not repair it. I thought that was very unprofessional of the receptionist to mislead me. I had to replace the garage opener which was done very professionally by your serviceman. However the conversation with her left me with a very bad taste of her professionalism.

My garage door was racked and I could not get it back on track. Called Precision in Mount Pleasant, SC. They scheduled a tech for the following morning between 8-10am. The tech called at 7:45 and said he would be there right at 8:00am, he was. Kenny provide a clear explanation of the issue and the cause of the issue. Without having to ask, Kenny gave me multiple quotes for my different options of repair/replacement. From start to finish everything took about an hour and a half. I was very impressed with Kenny's work and his professionalism. I definitely recommend Precision.
