Jason arrived early, less than an hour after I called for service. He was very polite and pleasant. One side of my garage door had fallen off the track except for one roller. It was an impossible situation. Miraculously, Jason was able to repair the door and get it working again. It was hard to believe. I also ordered a new garage door, but at least I have something working until the new door arrives. Exceeded my expectations by 200%. Thank you Tory.

Initial purchase based upon a recommendation by a friend (Meg Walter). We scheduled an annual service call. During the process, we pointed out a VERY SMALL squeak during the door opening and closing. Technician (Ken Schmoll) spent several minutes investigating the problem. When he couldn’t resolve the problem through lubrication and adjustment, he removed and replaced one of the hinges.. Voila! Problem resolved.

The Belt for my 20 yr old garage door opener broke. I called Precision to install a new belt. Travis was the tech and he advised the price of the belt installed. He then gave me a price of a whole new opener installed. It was a no brainer. He installed the new opener and all the remotes very professionally. I got a lifetime warranty on the system. Garage door is beautiful. But if u sell me WiFi. Tell me all the rules. The thing does not work. I called service and they could not make it work. They said my router is not right. So would that be something u guys check first before u sell. Ie. I’m sure u want it to work. He said I did not sell u the door I’m service. The lady that called back said we sold u the door but we don’t service that. Ok here we go .... and the door is beautiful and we’re unhappy. How u feel.

I spent the next day by myself trying to program the Wi-Fi through an organization called linear app. The problem is actually in linear. We love the garage door and the garage door opener we can stand in the garage and run it and you can barely hear it the door is beautiful. The problem was the Wi-Fi and selling Wi-Fi that don’t work. I spent all Friday evening after work to almost 10 o’clock at night figuring out the linear app. I had to reload the app 20 or 30 times to get it to work. I finally figured it out. The next day I got up and it wouldn’t work again. You can login to the app and tell them to keep you active and then the next time you use it you won’t be active and you have to login again. So the problem isn’t with Percision it’s just the fact that Percision wouldn’t help with the Wi-Fi at that time and the app the Lanier app is the problem and needs to be updated and fixed. But I’m sure they’ll say it’s my router and blah blah blah
