I have used your company for 2 broke springs and garage door machine in the last 10 years. I have been throughly please with your representatives who worked on the problem. Called because gear belt broke at splice on Genie Pro Max opener that is only 10 years old. Very nice technician glanced at it and immediately said that Genie model is out of date and we can't get that belt or any parts. Seemed very suspect and I questioned "its just a gear belt". He said I could look for belt on E-bay if I wanted but he could not get it. I questioned re-using the old belt and he said you can try but "I" would have to remove from ceiling and there may not be enough slack take-up to get the shorter belt on. He then said bearings "gone" on all rollers and recommended complete rebuild with new opener. He then quoted opener for $600 and rebuild/opener for $1140 and offered new door options/pricing if I wanted. I was then charged $65 for Service call though no service was performed. I presented coupon for free service call, but since no service was performed he said it did not apply. It would only if I bought new opener/rebuild of door. Called competitor (Overhead Door Company) and they said absolutely, belt can be changed for $75 plus $98 service call where they will inspect, adjust, and lube all three of my garage doors. Thank goodness I called. If Precision does not service Genie , then they should have just said so rather than try to sell me something I don't need.

Precision installed a new garage door a few years ago. We needed now to replace the LiftMaster system installed in 2006 when our condo unit was built. The technician Jeremy was knowledgeable, neat, efficient, and very clear in explaining and showing us how to use all aspects of the new system. We are impressed with how much quieter the new system is. We rate the service and new system as five (5) stars.

SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. CAME SAME DAY I CALLED. SERVICEMAN, AS I AM SURE HE IS SUPPOSED TO DO, TRIED TO SELL ME ON ADDITIONAL ITEMS, AND MADE ME SIGN MY LIFE AWAY ON DISCLAIMERS. JUST WANTED MY DOOR FIXED, AND IT WAS DONE. A BIT PRICEY, BUT WORKS PERFECTLY. I PRICED THE BELT THAT WAS BROKEN ON LINE AND IT WAS AROUND 35 BUCKS. ENDED UP COSTING ME 253.
