Service tech was very nice, however the opener I needed was not available and I had to wait over a week to get it fixed. I went with a large company (likely more expensive) thinking I wouldn't have to wait. Dissappointed.

The Precision repairman came the same day we called him and even arrived earlier than expected. He quickly advised that our automatic door-opener was beyond repair and provided us with an alternative. The cost of the new garage door opener was very high, but appears to be working well.

We were impressed by everyone at Precision who had contact with us throughout our process of purchasing a new garage door. We upgraded our 20+ year old door because we needed one with a quiet/silent operation, and are very happy with the final product! From our salesman/estimator to the customer service folks in the office, to the installers - everyone was very friendly, courteous, and most importantly for me - not salesy or pushy. Definitely recommend!!

Bad performance. Pointless waste of money. I called to request repair of garage door opener. On arrival, the employee asked some questions, tried to use the garage door, then launched into a sales pitch for $1000 to obtain new equipment. He never opened the current Chamberlain model to see if it could be repaired and made no effort to find a way to use the old equipment. I was told it was “probably” the gear and sprocket, but it was no use in fixing it. When a specialist is summoned to do repair, a client has the right to expect just that, not a sales pitch or a brand new garage door. If no repair is made or even attempted, how can you justify payment for service rendered? This is little more than a scam. It cost me $65 and 45 minutes of sales job, this being justified as a ‘service call’. But no work was ever done, no service performed. I was then required to sign a note saying I was satisfied with this alleged service. Ridiculous waste of time and money. Never again.

5 stars Amazing work. I had a kinda scary situation in a house I just bought...My 20 year-old Garage door had many missing and loose bolts, bad rollers etc and was starting to get louder and vibrate terribly. Finally, it shook the rafters, jammed the door into the ceiling and then the ceiling's drywall fell down onto the tracks. He fixed everything same day appt. in extreme heat. He was like a super hero!!!! Hire these guys! They know what to do! Very professional!
