They came promptly. Pressed the garage door opener and said"yes, it doesn't work". Didn't check any wires or the sensor, but did offer to install a new garage door opener.

Suggestion: I was also interested in remotes and a key pad but, the price was so over priced that I went elsewhere. I believe in a business making a fair return on their service, I also believe that things priced fairly will make you a more prosperous business and in the end you will feel better.

5 Stars from beginning until the end. Great salesperson, did not waste my time, got to the right products quickly. Prices are fair, without the hype I saw from other salespeople for needless things. Yet, complete! The install went great. Very professional people, hard working. Completed job and it was not easy. We have an older home, and the old system needed to first be removed. They were terrific. And I am super picky!!

I filled out an online form on Friday Jan 1 and within a few minutes received a call back. I was offered an appointment time for Sat. There were 4 coupons listed online that could be used. Ken called to let me know he was on his way. He looked at the door and opener and explained what needed to be fixed. He had all materials so it was completed. All fixed parts have a life time warranty.

the technician that performed the work was great. Helpful, knowledgeable, and is a valuable asset to your team. I would give this tech a 5 !!! and a raise.. that said, in all the hoopla in getting the job done, I tried to use the remote control door openers and neither of them worked. I believe that it might be the battery as we have not used them in a while or some deposits on the battery terminals. In any event, I called your number last saturday and got a young lady that really did not help me much. If you can help me through this e-mail, great !! I really not want to pay the $65 office call for such a matter since the tech was here already. I don't know if this can be done here or I have to go to your office. Also, since this is a selective frequency, does that have to be re-done. Please help Thanks again Dr. Robert Black call me at 843-437-2021

I chose Precision primarily because an attractive ad and service coupon arrived in the mail at the same time my garage door opener failed, and I decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did! While everyone these days wants reviews, they can often be annoying, and I tend not to do them unless the service provided was exceptionally bad, or good. In this instance the service from start to finish could not have been better. Precision was responsive to my to my call, very professional, and very courteous. Also, my Technician, Kenneth Moore, was "exceptional" in every way. Whenever the need arises I will call upon Precision again. I'm pleased to recommend them to others enthusiastically and without reservation.

Precision installed their door opener brand a few years ago. It is the quietest top quiality and priced right opener. Their lifetime guarantee provides peace of mind. I know my opener was replaced free because the old opener worked but not according to Precision's standards. ALSO employees professional, polite, and gualified I have no resetvation recommending Precision.
