Good Day To Whom This My Concern, we had a new garage door opener installed by Precision Garage Door, as well as a new spring system. we are beginning to hear a louder like grinding noise as the door re-tracks. Iv'e been meaning to call for someone to come look at it. We purchased the new opener and you guys install new spring system.

Labor cost was to much. The tec. Was here for less than 45 minutes. He put the door back on the track, and put three 3 hinges that shouldn't have cost no more than fifteen dollars at home depot. Your price to me Was $312.00 that $300.00 per hour labor rate. That was very high, don't you think. I would like a reply, thank you. My e-mail is hpeeples@comcast.net

I just bought this house . The three garage doors needed servicing. I found your name and phone number next to the garage wall door buttons. The technician arrived in a timely fashion. He adjusted the doors as best he could, but pointed out the equipment was aged and needed replacement. Unfortunately, the next day the middle garage door jams when raising up. I need another service visit.

Excellent customer service. I called early Saturday morning and an appointment was set between 10am-12pm. They arrived before 10am, fixed the brackets, and now the car is no longer trapped in the garage. I will recommend this company to anyone.

Had a garage door that broke cables. Could not open door to get customers vehicles out of shop. Called Precision Door and requested door repair. Scheduled appointment the same day between 2 & 4 PM. Tech called around 1:15 and told me he was on the way. Arrived looked at problem and gave me a price. Authorized work. Tech left to get parts and was back in a very short time. Repaired door to our satisfaction in a very timely matter. Very pleased with professional job and highly recommend.
