Unequivocally The best at home service I have ever had, from my first phone call, to the immediate text confirming the service appointment, followed by a textvfrom & about the service tech, with his picture, contact number, and statement ofwork ethic and commitment. He arrived promptly, worked efficiently and neatly made immediate repairs, then provided a detailed assessment of needed service and future maintenance, with a follow up email detailing services rendered and attached estimates of work recommended. I called Precision because my garage door would not close completely and the door opened erratically. Hector arrived about 4 PM and diagnosed the problem as a failed torsion spring which caused the door opener motor gears to be stripped. It was 28 years old. I agreed to have him install a new torsion spring and a new Liftmaster opener. He had everything in his truck and started work about 5PM. He worked in the cold garage (20 degrees)until he completed the installation after 10PM. He was very friendly and did an excellent job. I'm not sure about the overall price from Precision because I wasn't in a position to get other estimates, but Hector did what he could to keep the price down. I would highly recommend Hector.

The entire experience with Precision Door was amazing. From the first phone call, Glenn was nothing but helpful. He was able to get to the house the next day to get us an estimate for a new garage door. The estimate was a great price and with an upcoming snow storm he got the garage door installed quickly. The employees are drug tested and background screened which was nice as well. You are sent a text message of who your technician will be as well as a photograph for added security . From the first phone call Monday afternoon to a new door installed by Thursday afternoon! There was constant communication via text message and email which was very nice as well. I would highly recommend Precision Door!

I had people come check my garage door multiple times in the last year due to it going up and down and taking sometimes 8-10 attempts to fully close door. No one was able to diagnose problem. I called Precision after seeing truck on highway and gave them a call. Process was very professional. They set up appt and followed through with texts and emails and even bio of tech who was assigned to the job! Tommy and his partner came and waisted no time fully examining the door mechanics and opener. Both were super nice guys and within an hour replaced what they had to and garage door is working fine. I would not hesitate to call Or recommend Precision again.

We had our non-working overhead garage door repaired and would highly recommend Precision Door Service. They came out the same day we called for repairs and had it operational.
