He remedied the problem and suggested that I oil the coils and pulley occasionally. Greg is a fine representative for your company. I had my old garage door replaced. The new door is very nice and easy to operate, although I realized there is no handle on the outside to lift the door up. However, the door is light enough to raise up with not much difficulty. (I am a Senior citizen). Victor was very nice and hard working and did a wonderful job. He showed me everything that was replaced and put a lock on the inside for me. Overall, I am very pleased and would recommend Precision Doors with no hesitation.

So impressed with the service I received at my second home in PA. Could not be there when the service person arrived, but arranged for house to be unlocked beforehand.
