Wow! What great a great tech, service and company! We had trouble with our garage door opening, it would half open then it wouldn’t open at all. Called on Sunday night and Greg was here Monday morning 20 minutes earlier than scheduled 11:00 time, which Greg called to verify if it was ok to come earlier. I was thrilled with the earlier time! Greg was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and timely. Checked all aspects of the door and why it wouldn’t open and wrote a quote for the repair. I agreed to the excellent price (happily surprised) and he proceeded to repair the door. He knew exactly what he was doing, there was no hesitation, had all the tools he needed, was very courteous and explained what he did. He was so efficient and knowledgeable! Very impressive and you don’t see that type of service much anymore today. I am very happy with the service and quality of Greg and his work! Really great tech, great company, great price, would recommend them to anyone that asked. Incredible! So happy we found you, thank you so much!

Technician was great!-(Victor) Fast, Professional, Courteous, Highly Skilled! When I called rep was honest enough to tell me that either Tech would be there after 8:00 PM or he could be there between 9:00 AM -11:30 AM which was fine. Due to mix-up on their part Tech never showed until 2:30 PM. Rep on phone wasn't as forthcoming as he should have been and admit that they sent Tech to another call first even though I was told I would be first on schedule next day! Nobody called until I did after they hadn't showed up during agreed time frame.

Mr. Greene, Thank you for your feedback. Yes, that Sunday was a strange day and the technician went to a different job first. We don't know the reason for this, but it could have been that the technician was trying to eliminate unnecessary driving back and forth. We will speak to our staff about contacting customers regarding arrival times in order to prevent unnecessary waiting. Thanks again for your response.

Showed up as promised, but would not work on my Genie... they told me because Genie did not use universal parts...which they told me in advance. I was disappointed that they would not even repair the belt as it was the connector that broke. I priced a new belt online for $85 and they wanted to sell me a new open- prices starting at $550... I'll fix it myself.

We informed you when you set up the appointment that we do not fix Genie motors. Our staff stated clearly that we only replace them. Our technician told you the same thing when he visited your house.
