Chris and Darlyn were excellent. The door was installed exactly as expected within a couple hours of their arrival. I barely knew they were here, and considering the age and size/weight of our the door they removed that is saying something. Demonstration and explanation of new hardware was clear, they were patient with any questions I had, and left the work area in perfect shape. Highly recommend. These guys did great work.

We were most satisfied. He answered all of our questions. The cleanup was wonderful. He left the job site as clean as it was when he arrived. He removed the garbage. He didn't take any breaks. Your repair agent Victor evaluated the problem, my garage door is custom made tong & groove cedar on a wooden door (extremely heavy) used 520 lb. springs and completely rewired opener. Now my garage door opens & closes quiet & smoothly efficiently like a new unit. Extreme pleased with professional mechanical knowledge your agent Victor possessed and performed outstanding work to repair door. I chose a 5 Star rating because Precision lived up to their website. I was surprised by a broken spring at 6:40 AM. I found Precision on the web and indeed someone answered the phone at 7:10 AM. In quick order someone was scheduled to repair my door that afternoon. Precision’s mechanic, Tim, was personable, professional, on time, explained my issue in detail, and repaired the door. I was very satisfied.

Our garage door was making a load pop noise. I thought it was just out of alignment. Your technician Tim took the time to properly diagnose the problem and explain what was wrong. He recommended what needed to be done to fix the problem as well as what will need to be addressed in the future. He gave me a fair price and replaced the rollers and the bearings as well as making some adjustments. The door was fixed quickly and for the quoted price. He also gave me a ball park price on replacing the springs in the future. Overall a great experience and we will call for any future repairs.
