Greg Barndt was a very considerate, extremely professional representative of Precision Doors. He called earlier in the day to inform me of how long he would be based on the job he was performing. He arrived punctually at the time he indicated that he would arrive. He was a wealth of information concerning various options I had to repair my door. He explained functions that I wasn't aware of previously. He also explained the quality of the pulleys that he was installing versus the quality of the pulleys previously used in garage door system. He also was very punctual with electronically sending the invoice and options for the future care of my door. I was extremely pleased with your service and would recommend it to others.

An excellent response. I called and an installer came the next morning. After discussing several models of garage door openers and answering my questions, I selected a model that fit my needs. The new garage door opener was installed in less that 2 hours with payment by credit card. My installer went over the features and helped me to program the outside key pad with my personal pin, We also discussed additional work that needed to be done and I was provided a written quote via e-mail.

Hi William, Thank you for your feedback. We try our best to give all repair options that will work not just for today, but also for the long term. Unfortanately, I think you misunderstood our repair recommendation and why. When your door was hit, bottom bracket was ripped out of the side stile and the front surface is seperating from the back. Replacing the bottom rubber on that section will no fix your door. To be clear, you need to replace the whole bottom section, not just a piece of bottom rubber. That is our sincere recommendation. It is also the only way to ensure safe, reliable operation of your door and it is the same recommendation every respectable garage door company you call will tell you. While you may not like the message, please don't be angry with us for being honest about what actually needs to be done.

Every member of the team that we interacted with was extremely professional, helpful, and courteous. Installation was efficient and clean. We got two new doors and two new openers, and it couldn't have been smoother. They even helped us out while we were waiting for the doors to come in from the manufacturer and our current opener died.
