Precision Garage Door was able to correct the issue with my garage door in the same day that I called them. The service technician, Chris Schray, was very professional and courteous. After looking at the problem with the door, he explained it to me and what needed to be done and the cost. Chris completed the job in a timely manner and I now have a working garage door.

Wow! What great a great tech, service and company! We had trouble with our garage door opening, it would half open then it wouldn’t open at all. Called on Sunday night and Greg was here Monday morning 20 minutes earlier than scheduled 11:00 time, which Greg called to verify if it was ok to come earlier. I was thrilled with the earlier time! Greg was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and timely. Checked all aspects of the door and why it wouldn’t open and wrote a quote for the repair. I agreed to the excellent price (happily surprised) and he proceeded to repair the door. He knew exactly what he was doing, there was no hesitation, had all the tools he needed, was very courteous and explained what he did. He was so efficient and knowledgeable! Very impressive and you don’t see that type of service much anymore today. I am very happy with the service and quality of Greg and his work! Really great tech, great company, great price, would recommend them to anyone that asked. Incredible! So happy we found you, thank you so much!
