Our garage door would only open a few inches and then slam shut. We called Precision Door Service and they were able to send a technician out that same afternoon. George Ramey was our tech. He identified the problem immediately and explained what had happened. George then gave us our options. He was very knowledgeable and gave us very good explanations of what he could do. George completed the job quickly and efficiently. We could not ask for a better technician to replace our garage door openers. Great work, George!

When your garage door breaks at 8pm and it's fixed within 24hrs that is awesome. Lori arrived at 1pm and was done with replacing two springs and fixing out modeling at the bottom of the door within 45 mins. She was super professional, funny, and friendly. Damon was on time and very professional - easy to talk with and answered all my questions. He explained our situation was due to a recent power outage we experienced. He re-set and calibrated our system and we were soon back to normal. He also handled another minor issue with the lighting on both of our openers.
