I highly recommend Precision Garage Door! The cable on my door broke late on Friday night. When I called, the dispatcher was friendly and professional; she helped me secure an appointment for the next morning. On Saturday morning, Reece arrived on time. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and replaced both cables in about 30 minutes. Reece is a fine young man and the company is lucky to have him to represent them on jobs. Thank you!!

Damon was my service technician. He knew exactly what to do to resolve my issues. When he did an inspection of the parts to the garage door, he noted a part that would benefit from replacement and one that will need replacement in the future with an estimated timeline. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and defiantly did not push any service, he even did little extras, like assisting me with getting my garage programed to my vehicle remote. Great service, great experience!!! Would defiantly recommend to all!

Tom, a phenomenal service tech completed a great trim job prior to the installation of our new door. Tom was guick and efficient in trimming the existing doorframe. It matched completely with the existing color and the measurement was dead on perfect. I highly recommend Precision Doors and their more than competent staff for all of your garage needs.

No one really wants to spend more money on things than necessary, but I am satisfied that the money we are going to spend on a new garage door will be necessary. We used Precision because several years back they repaired our old door and gave it many years of extra life. But now the old door has apparently had it. George was our technician, and he gave us the options with knowledge and without drama and pushiness. We feel confident that we have made the correct decision to purchase a new door based on our time with him.
