I couldn't have asked for better service. First, the repair and installation was done same day, on a Sunday. That saved loads of potential work week scheduling problems. Second, the cause of our garage door problem was clearly explained and we were given a number of options by which to address it. Costs and advantages of each were explained. Third, the technician, George R. was knowledgeable, extremely courteous and and easy to work with. I wish all home repair calls went like this.

Late afternoon on a Friday my springs snapped after 12 years. Looking for a repair company and knew of Precision so gave them a call. Also saw reviews of people I knew. It was scheduled for that Sunday. George the tech arrived in the time frame I was given and was very prompt. When George arrived he inspected the entire garage and noted the cables would need replaced at some point. I gave the ok to handle now. Within I think 30 minutes George had the new springs installed and cables replaced. I was impressed. The entire process George made it smooth to complete. I must say the door opens and closes much better now then the past 12 years when another company installed the garage

I was very pleased with Tom's friendliness and professionalism! He quickly calculated the proper size for the replacement springs, checked the tension and adjusted it for our door and moved the side rail to allow the door to operate more freely. I was very pleased with his workmanship! I was somewhat disappointed with the information on an estimate on the price for replacing two springs that I received from the office. I think the woman quoted me a one spring replacement cost even though she told me that when both springs were replaced ( which is what I requested) the service call cost would be waived.

We selected Percision because we have had them at our house before and was pleased with the work and the very kind people that work there. Our tech Justin was very nice and explained to us what the problem was with our door. He was not able to complete the job today because he did not have the parts with him but told us when he would be back to complete the job. He was able to get our door to close which was a huge blessing considering it has been open for 3 nights which worried us. We could tell he is very knowledgeable with his job and we are pleased to have him complete our job.

The technician was great. He answered my questions. But when paying there was a $20.00 service charge that was NEVER mentioned up front. The schedulers said the price was $65.00 to get someone out to look at the door. Then when it was time to pay it is suddenly $85.00. What a way to put the service technicians in a BAD spot. Also they advertise same day service. I called early on a Saturday and the first time they could get someone to me was a Monday. Lots of inconsistencies with the company - not the workers who do all of the work on site.
