We had a broken spring on a garage door in our new home and they came out to replace it right away. The tech was extremely helpful in educating us how it happened, while making recommendations on spring types. Installation was quick and painless and we were back to normal in no time. Tom explained their process fully so we knew what to expect. Victor called ahead with an ETA and arrived on time. He explained the repair and cost then went immediately to work. Victor recommended an additional small repair to reinforce the garage door and after he explained the benefit we added it to the job as well. Victor was competent and thorough and we wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Gabe was excellent. He called about 20 minutes before he got here, to let me know he was on the way. He arrived and finished during the time window promised. He was able to fix issues won both garage doors ... not major adjustments, so it went fairly quickly. He explained what the issues were, and what to look for going forward. As my openers are somewhat old, we also discussed potential options if and when one needs to be replaced, such as having an opener with WIFI capability. Highly recommend Gabe.

We were replacing an old heavy wood garage door with new steel door with an opener. From my first call to get a quote, to the final thank you email we received after installation, everyone at Precision Door Service was a pleasure to deal with. The quote we received was the price we paid. We made an appointment for measurements and quote. Jim arrived on time and provided the quote in a reasonable timeframe. He explained the options since our old garage presented some additional challenges. He set the expectation of the time it would take to get the new door because of the supply issues. Once the door was in, they were able the schedule the installation the following week. Matt was our installer, and he did a fine job with the door and opener. We are very pleased with Precision and the product they provided.

Gabriel our technician was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. He looked over everything and gave us an honest review of the situation with our door, which was to do a tuneup. He said maybe in a few years we replace the opener, springs, rollers but not now. I Definitely recommend Precision and Gabriel to any homeowner that needs a new door, repair or service. (Precision replaced a door for us at our other home and did a great job. Called them to come look at the door on our other house to see if it needed a tune up or we needed to replace it.)
