Very bad experience. Didn’t attempt to fix anything and only talking about replacing about replacing about opener and four other parts which are barely 2 years old. Told to fasten one screw and he replied that he needs one hour labour. Very rude and unprofessional. I will never go with this company again.

Larry and I highly recommend Precision Garage Door if you wish to replace an existing garage door or you are building a new structure. The website is complete with information to design and view your new door virtually. Jim set up a visit to assist us with the process of measuring the space through to completing the order. He was very thorough and brought samples of materials and colors for the style we chose. Shawn and Connor, the technicians assigned to install the new door and accessories were professional, friendly, and careful installing the new door and a garage opener. Moreover, the communication between us and the company from start to completion of our job was A+. We highly recommend this company.

I very much appreciated Precision Garage Door Service immediately scheduling service to the door on a Sunday morning, especially since a strong storm was due on Sunday. Technician Vaughn arrived on time and quickly restored the door to service. He also took the time to show me how to keep it adjusted. Vaughn was friendly and very professional which was greatly appreciated. He also performed a thorough review of the door and its moving parts, and submitted to me a list of options for a more permanent repair. This also was very helpful.
