The service tech was fantastic. The issue I have is that I was charged $50 for a 120 second service call! And a $10 gas charge when I'm a mile from the business. My advice is read the owners manual before you call for service! After pressing 2 buttons on the garage door opener, it was fixed. I still love my garage door and the folks that work for the company are great! It's just a shame that their service call fees are so high for a 2 min service call.

AJ was fantastic! He arrived early for the appointment, diagnosed the issue quickly and gave several cost options for the repair. The repair took under an hour, but AJ stayed to make sure that we understood what he replaced and why, and recommended ways we could ensure proper operation for years to come. He also took the time to adjust the door stop to alleviate a small gap in the closed position. AJ is a rockstar of service and deserves multiple pats on the back for a job well done!

I chose Precision 2 years ago when I needed service on a Saturday (my car was trapped in the garage, door would not open). Although this repair was not urgent (broken spring on less-used door, car not trapped), I called Precision again because of previous rapid service. Cost was more than expected because other parts were replaced besides the broken spring, but now I have new springs and cables, so not likely to need another repair soon, although there is a 3 yr warranty

Mike called to see if he could start earlier than scheduled. Very professional. Completed inspection, lubrication, and adjustments. Adjustments eliminated problem with track biting into garage wall. Will continue to use Precision Door for my home. I would recommend them to a neighbor.

Tech Leo arrived promptly and within minutes was able to diagnose and reconnect my Genie garage door opener malfunction, after a power outage disconnect misaligned the carriage on the belt track. He explained clearly what happened, and the minor fix was made at a reasonable cost. Precision Door is now my go-to garage door servicer and is highly recommended!

I chose Precision because they did a great job of installing the Liftmaster Garage Door Opener. Today Leo came to replace my backup battery. He was able to come even before the scheduled time, which I greatly appreciate, and he did the job quickly and well, He was also able to program and sell me an extra remote! All in all, we’re highly pleased.

My garage door became inoperable and impossible to raise, even manually. We were held hostage by broken technology. The car could not get out of the house.
