While I was very satisfied with the outcome, I was quite disappointed with the handling of the order for the garage door and then the fact that the door was not correct when it finally was installed ( no windows). I called up for a service call last evening, it was set up for today between 11am and 2pm. At 9 this morning Greg called & said he was finished with his morning job and could be here in 15 or 20 minutes. He got here, I showed him the issues and he explained the options. He replaced the garage door opener's trolley, door springs, cables and pulleys and ran it through some test runs. The door runs smoothly and evenly now. Greg was in & out in under an hour and a half, was very professional, pleasant to talk to & very clean working habits.

I need to tell you something about our installation of a new garbage door and opener, it was amazing. Gabriel never stopped, the heat and humidity was ridiculous, but he never stopped. His work was clean and efficient, he was careful to clean at every step, being sure there was no loose metal around. He explained all functions clearly and completely and answered all our questions. He programmed the outside opener for us, detailed how to set the cars and explained and showed the trouble shooting guide. If he is an example of all your employees I am a customer for life. We talked a little bit after he was done and he is an amazing individual, he loves the company and he loves what he does, and he deserves to be recognized for the effort he makes. You have one hell of an employee, he is a keeper.
