I found Precision online and based on the numerous excellent reviews I gave them a call. Scheduling was easy, they use text, email, and calling to notify you of your appointment and when they'll be at your house. Greg was on time, very polite and knowledgeable. I originally called for a broken extension spring repair but upon Greg explaining my options I decided to get a new opener also. From start to finish it took him about 3 hours, including cleanup of all debris etc. It was a pleasure working with Precision and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
