Gabriel was right on time, determined the problem with my garage door immediately, explained the different options I had, told me the cost. First off I had no idea who to call when I had a busted spring. I just took my chances with Precision. I liked Precision's web site and called them. They were able to come next day in the morning. Prices are higher as everywhere because of Covid. The fellow that came was on time and very courteous. He explained exactly what had to be done and all costs. He went to work and the whole job took just over an hour.

Back in late December, our garage door broke to point of not being able to fully open anymore. Fast forward to earlier today, Precision Doors arrived to install a new door and opener. The team that arrived did a fantastic job, everything was cleaned up and tested, and they demonstrated the new door capabilities for me. Well done and would highly recommend them in the future!

Have came out on time and was finished within an hour ! I was really impressed and he did a great job. Gabe explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I was very happy with the service, however, it's so hard to handle the increased prices today, when you are on a fixed budget. This is why I gave four stars. I would definitely use Precision again if needed.
