The service was not same day; however, the service fee was not waived per their guarantee and I was charged for one hour of labor when the job took 20 minutes. Other than the fees and cost of labor, the technician was great

While I was very satisfied with the outcome, I was quite disappointed with the handling of the order for the garage door and then the fact that the door was not correct when it finally was installed ( no windows). However, all was taken care of with price adjustment and all. Victor did a very nice job installing and I'm satisfied.
