To be honest, I called Overhead Door first because that's the garage door opener we have. I had to leave a message on an automated system which left me unsure. I saw good reviews about Precision Doors and I saw that a "live operator" would take my call. A technician was able to come here today and was able to fix the door. The technician, Victor Niyoncuti, was very courteous and professional. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone else.

Back in late December, our garage door broke to point of not being able to fully open anymore. Fast forward to earlier today, Precision Doors arrived to install a new door and opener. The team that arrived did a fantastic job, everything was cleaned up and tested, and they demonstrated the new door capabilities for me. Well done and would highly recommend them in the future!

Everything from start to finish for installing two LiftMaster Shaft Driven Garage Door Openers went timely and smooth. My designated Installer, Greg, called me prior to his arrival and was on time. We discussed the types of openers I wanted, the installation process and any additional door adjustments I preferred. The Openers were ordered and an installation date and time of my choosing was set. The day of installation went well with no problems. My Openers are installed and working great. Greg kept me informed throughout the process, gave me a 10 minute block of instruction on the features and use of my new LiftMasters. Greg also discussed the warranty both from the manufacturer and Precision Doors. All in all a great job by Greg and Precision Door, thank-you.
