We wanted someone to come out and replace our garage door since we couldn't get it to open. Precision Garage Door was highly recommended, and after reviewing the online reviews, I contacted the staff, who were able to send a technician out the following day. The technician, Justin Cooney, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and offer his advice. He discussed the advantages of each of the three options. After choosing an option, Justin was able to begin working that morning and finish in about 2 hours. Our new unit (PDS-800) is great and super quiet. We will recommend Precision Garage Door to our friends and family, and mention Justin for his excellent work.
