Justin Cooney was the tech, we was extremely courteous & professional. Did an outstanding job explaining various paths forward and options to repair and extend the warranty of the service. We had Precision garage door repair previously. When we had several issues with our Garage door they were our first choice. It was an emergency situation. Our power was out hours, until 9pm. The emergency cord was jammed, unable to get our car out of tge garage at all. We were able to get an appointment scheduled first thing the next morning. The technicians are professionals and exhibit expert knowledge and skill in their work, ensuring we understood where the repairs were needed. Excellent customer service, affordable financing and warranty on their work and parts. Hats off to Justin and Jordan for a great job and professional experience!!
