I had seen Precision's advertisement on television but never used the company before. My garage door spring broke on a Friday night. I called Sunday morning for service. Monday afternoon Justin came to my house. He evaluated the problem and explained to me how everything was going to be repaired. Justin was very courteous, helpful and professional. He always asked if I had any questions when he came and before he left my house. He had to come back a second time because he had to order the heavy duty cables. On his second visit, he had everything repaired within an hour. The garage door opens and closes quieter now than when it was new. Great job Justin! I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to my friends.

The service delivered by Dennis Gohn today was outstanding. Thanks to him, I was able to understand what went wrong with the garage door. He explained to me through the inspection, letting me know the points of failure that cause the issue. In a short period, the door was working better than it was before it broke. He even went the extra mile, more than a couple of times, making sure things were perfect. I will be recommending Precision Door to all of my family and friends.
