Top shelf business. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new garage door, garage door opener, or necessary repairs/maintenance. -Precision Garage Door was excellent on their follow through on the initial contact (used their online order feature on their website) that allowed me to select an available day and time. -Precision provided bio's on all their technicians, installers, workers. The technician was diligent in contacting me about their arrival on the day selected and was on-time. -Their trucks are well marked and the workers clothing were labelled with the Precision Garage Door logo so identification is readily available. -The technician that came out, Justin, who performed the inspection/repair, was polite, thorough, professional, knowledgeable, informative, and pleasant to talk with. He answered all my questions about my garage door, the problem I was having with my door (which was stupidity on my part - and I don't think they fix stupid), and recommended future maintenance I should be doing. -I would recommend Precision Garage Door, and especially Justin, to anyone requiring anything related to garage doors, from installation to repair to maintenance.

My experience with the technician left me feeling misled and dissatisfied. Initially, he advised against repairing a minor dent on the panel, citing changes made to the wire and roller, which they claimed were necessary. Despite the actual issue being a small dent, they quoted me around $500 for repairs or $890 for panel replacement, warning that the door wouldn't function properly without the replacement. Reluctantly, I opted for the panel replacement after considering the prices. Surprisingly, he performed a temporary fix and left. The door continues to function perfectly and is eventually replaced. after the fix, I knew that the door could have functioned without the costly replacement. To make matters worse, I sign a document agreeing not to change my mind about the repair, if change I have to pay $500 charge if I did. Feeling deceived, I realized that I hadn't seen evidence of the wire and other components they claimed to have replaced. It's disappointing to feel taken advantage of, especially by a representative of a company with a seemingly reputable rating

We were wanting to get a new garage door for a while. We saw Precision at the Builders Show & stopped to look at their displays. We made an appointment for the very next week, loved what we saw & loved the price! It was installed today & it is beautiful! I've used Precision Garage Door Service before with good results. When I saw that the Weather Seal around my Garage Doors was cracking and needed to be replaced. I called them to address this issue. I called Precision because I've used them in another State. I was very happy to receive the same high quality service I've gotten before. I had Josh as my tech and he was at my house about 75 mins after I called. This was no emergency but He showed up, assessed and inspected both of my doors, recommended 3 different repair/replace options as all the hardware was almost 20 years old. I took the highest quality repair option and he got to work. He was super friendly and nice to talk to, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable! Pros- Service was timely and accurately done. Technician was curious and was sure I was satisfied with the job. Cons- I thought for the garage door repair job and the 45 minutes he was there, the cost was a bit high. Cost was a lot more than I anticipated and I was told over the phone.

Thank you for your review Joseph! Here at Precision Door we try to be as thorough as we can be, so we are happy to hear that we met your expectations here. The cost was indeed higher than what both of us had originally anticipated. For transparency to our readers. When we arrived we uncovered that the door was missing safety cables, and 2 pulleys were seized on the door preventing proper function. We did present you 3 options, first one being what you had originally called us out to do, only difference was this option included the safety cables, which was the only part we were not told was needed so we originally did not quote this. Nonetheless Precision Door cannot install extension springs which was asked of us without installing safety cables. Should in case your extension spring breaks, the cable are there to catch the spring so it does not damage the home, or seriously injure someone. I do want to put on record, that you did select the middle option which included the pulleys. This was also work we were unaware of prior to coming out, but got taken care of during our visit. Which explains why the cost was higher than what was anticipated prior to coming out. I would like to add, This is the reason why we do our safety inspections. As well as present three options from getting the door back up and running and never having to worry about the door again. We are confident that you will not have to worry about your garage door for a very long time with the option you had chosen. And greatly appreciate your business!

I have been waiting to give my review until my New Garage Door with Windows and opener was complete. I picked Precision Doors to install a new garage door because I saw there trucks in my neighborhood several times. I called for an estimate and they came the next day. Zack was very informative about the products. I picked out the color and the type of windows I wanted. Got a new garage door opener included with the price. Price was very good for both. Can’t recommend them enough. They came in 6 weeks and installed the door and opener. Zack replaced the door and opener, cleaned everything up and took all the old. Thank You.
