Initial tech did a good job diagnosing the problem, explaining my options. He did a nice job of installation. However, I had a noise that I didn’t like on the garage door, and he returned and tried to fix it. The local manager stopped out to take a look, and he arranged for another technician to come out. The problem was solved. It’s a very nice unit and works well.

Josh was fantastic and did a great job on my opener. The job was to replace a 12-year-old opener that had begun to age out. When I initially called the job in, someone offered to troubleshoot the opener over the phone to save me money. Unfortunately, the opener was too far gone for that to work, but I was very appreciative of the effort made. The following day, when the tech arrived, I was presented with a thorough inspection report and was shown the interior damage to the opener motor, which put my mind at ease and made me realize that I was making the right decision to do a total replacement. The job was completed in less than two hours, and the total cost was $20 CHEAPER than I was quoted the day before. Josh was very friendly and polite and made the whole experience a pleasure. I couldn't be happier with the technician, the job, the service, and the product itself.

I personally used services from Precision Garage Door and this company was nothing far from EXCEPTIONAL from start to finish and I highly recommend them to anyone. I had to unfortunately make the dreaded phone call to them early in the morning - on a Saturday nonetheless - when my garage door broke. I was nervous especially considering I have an older motor unit from early 2000s and I did not know what to expect. A few hours later, help arrived! On a Saturday! My technician was Chad and he was nothing but professional, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He quickly repaired my door and examined all the parts and made some small necessary repairs. My door and system is running so much more smoothly and I can't believe this, but also so much more quietly! I cannot believe it! This is the door that you could once hear across the lot. The rates were very reasonable as well. I will be definitely using Precision Garage Door for any and all future needs and will be definitely recommending this company to friends and neighbors.

Quick response. Technician was courteous. Did not solve problem. Replaced springs at $240 each plus $195 labor. Seems a bit high. I was told the springs that a different company put on 4 months ago were the wrong ones. Quoted a replacement opener for $1495 which includes installation. Saw the same opener online for $569, installation would be separate.

Our day started by not being able to get out of our garage. My husband was attempting to repair it but judging by the look on his face i made the decision to call Precision. I was impressed I could make the appointment online and they were available to be at our home in 2 hours. As it turned out the gentleman said our existing components are outdated and will need to be replaced. This was long time overdue, the door now closes quietly and evenly.

I had seen Precision's advertisement on television but never used the company before. My garage door spring broke on a Friday night. I called Sunday morning for service. Monday afternoon Justin came to my house. He evaluated the problem and explained to me how everything was going to be repaired. Justin was very courteous, helpful and professional. He always asked if I had any questions when he came and before he left my house. He had to come back a second time because he had to order the heavy duty cables. On his second visit, he had everything repaired within an hour. The garage door opens and closes quieter now than when it was new. Great job Justin!
