After backing into our garage door I needed an estimate on the repair and I liked what I saw and heard on their TV commercials and called them. The technician responded quickly and recommended replacing the badly damaged door. Since the door and opener were over 20 years old we opted to replace two doors and openers. The lead time was about 6 months due to the supply chain crunch. When came time to install the delivered doors were not what we ordered and did not match the 3rd door. Precision offered to replace the 3rd door for free if we accepted the delivered doors, which we did. The technician (I forget his name) installed the doors quickly and efficiently. We couldn't believe how quiet the doors operated compared to the old ones. The technician was courteous and answered all our questions. The 3rd door was delivered recently and replaced by Cody. He called to let us know when he would arrive, worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job cleaning up. He returned the following day to finish up because of a missing part. I was impressed with Precision's offer to fix an order error and with their technicians competency and professionalism. They are my go-to company for any garage door issues in the future.
