From start (in-person estimate) to finish (tech repairs and service) this has been a great experience. The estimates gave several options to choose from with additional info about upgrades in the future. There was no "hard-sell" or upcharge gimmicks AND they helped us preserve the solid wood door we already have. Customer service responses are quick and courteous. Staff and techs are knowledgably, polite and excellent at explaining and then walking me through the work that was done. Very pleased with the job and are planning on having the garage door opener upgrade done in 2023.

Precision Door Service answered the phone on a Sunday and had our service scheduled for the next day. Our service person, Denny, was prompt, professional, and courteous. He outlined areas of wear on our 26-year-old garage door track, ball bearings, and cable. Denny’s explanations were balanced and made sense. We received three prices before the repair giving us choices regarding how much repair work we wanted to undertake. Given the age of our door, we chose to replace all worn materials. In a very short time, the broken spring and other parts were repaired, and we have an extended warranty for both parts and labor. We were very satisfied with Precision Door Service and would recommend this company to others.

coincidence: TV ad on WGAL when door stopped working correctly. easy appointment setup via phone. call 1/2 hour before arrival. prompt arrival. pleasent & knowledge tech, who explained what he was going to do. then clearly explained 3 options to solve the problem. wore a mask as requested. Great technician ???????? Overall, outstanding experience, start to finish.

Started out with repair of 30 yr old garage door system. From first phone call to last all were polite, helpful, courteous and all wore masks! During the repair I switched to a "total" new system; door, springs, runners and motor. Old door was made operational until replacement. Well, three days before installation I was in an accident and unable to clear items out of the garage. Precision offered to clear out the garage and put it back together when they were finished. Outstanding!! Installation was completed and I could not be more pleased. I can not hear the door raising or lowering...Professionalism at it's best. Very pleased and feel comfortable of quality service in the future if needed...Thank you...
