Jerry called me an hour out to let me know what time he thought he would be there and he was right on time. Very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done on the garage door. Gave and explained 3 different options but did not pressure me as to which option to pick. Jerry said no matter which one i choose he would fix it for me. Told me how long it would take him to complete the job and again he was on target. Very pleasant and cleaned up afterwards and explained everything before he left. I have never used Precision before only saw your ad on TV. I would recommend this company to friends.
