Precision Door we try our very best to provide the best service, quality repairs, and craftmanship to our customers. Because of this, we always replace both springs, even if just one breaks. This way we confidently can provide longer lasting repairs for our customers, and not have to return after just a short amount of time of 2 years when the other spring breaks. As I have learned this to be the situation you are currently in. I understand you may feel replacing both springs may be a rip off when only one is broken, however this is more of a common practice in the industry by almost all professionals. It is the same equivalent as replacing both break pads on a vehicle instead of just one.
