Precision was here in a couple of hours and not only got me out of a jam but updated my 23 year old unit to a very quiet and very smooth unit; a huge improvement over my loud and clunky opener. Kenny was on time, polite, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job installing a torsion spring conversion and belt drive openers on a pair of 20 year old doors. The doors are quieter and operate more smoothly now than when they were new. Great job!
