TECHNITION ZACK ARRIVED EXACTLY AS SCHEDULED AND PROFESSIONAL PERFORMED HIS INSPECTION OF THE REPORTED PROBLEM - A FAILED SPRING. ZACK WAS PERSONABLE AND PROFICIENTLY REPLACED THE SPRING AND OTHER ASSOCIATED COMPONENTS THAT HE RECOMENNDED AS CONTRIBUTING TO MY GARAGE DOOR EFFECTIVE OPERATION TO MY SATISFATION. Fast service (scheduled next day!!) and very good work!! They replaced the rubber strip at the bottom of our garage door and also replaced the garage door opener...very impressed with the new door opener....very quiet and smooth operation. Wow...what a difference!!! Shout out to technician Nia Bennett ---he was polite, fast and accurate with the work that was done. I highly recommend this company. When we developed a problem with one of our pre-existing tracking mechanisms, Ed came out the same day and installed new high-level tracks and motors, using the same doors (avoiding the need to refinish), with very quiet operation, improved remote controls, an external keypad, and a much cleaner interior appearance. We just had a minor problem with one of the sensors, and Chad was able to come out within two hours of my call and fix the problem immediately, with no service charge. Our experience with Precision has been overwhelmingly positive. Thanks!

Called Precision for an issue with our garage door. I cannot say enough about our service person Dan. He gave us all the info we needed in order to decide what we wanted to do to correct our issue. We ended up getting a new motor and wheels on the opener and it's so quiet now you cannot hear it. I would highly recommend this professional company for all your garage door needs. We purchased a new motor, new springs, rollers, new remote & keyless entry. All work was completed same day.

The initial garage door opener repair went well, or so I thought. During the repair and replacement work, the technician found a possible wiring issue with the wall switch, but was able to fix it before we both tested the wall and remote switches. The tests went well, and we both agreed that the installation was complete. Unfortunately, overnight, the wiring in the wall switch malfunctioned, and the door opened and remained open until I was getting ready to head to work. I called precision, and they immediately scheduled me for an appointment. The tech arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment, did a few minutes of troubleshooting, and discovered that something had happened with the wiring overnight, and immediately fixed the problem. We both tested the switches, and agreed the new system was now working properly. I was most impressed by the immediate response, considering the COVID-19 situation. We'll see if anything new happens tonight but right now, I believe it is fixed for good. Excellent customer service.
