I unknowingly had my husband call Precision Garage Door, mostly because the amount of 5 Gold Stars I saw on their website I saw on my phone. What was so strange, was that we had used them in the past for a garage door issue about 15 years ago. When Joe arrived, he asked if we ever had Precision out before as he saw the spring as he recognized the spring. I told him I wasn't sure as I was at work that day when my husband called for garage help. He somewhat picked a business out of the blue and it was Precision Garage Door. Now to the business of leaving a Five Gold Star rating. I would give Joe 20 Gold Stars! Joe was just fantastic, very professional, diagnosed the issues, came up with several solutions for us. No PRESSURE nor trying to talk us into more than we wanted done. Husband tried to fix the issue, but not his job skill (I don't mean it in a bad way). We were sort of wondering about this and that, can you fix that, change out, etc. No problem! I will definitely use this company again! Thank you for getting Joe out to our home today!

Pen Corbin evaluated why our old garage door opener was not working and quoted me several prices for fixing the door. In addition, he asked me how long we intended on living in the home which surprised me as a consumer. Pen was authentic and cared about our needs. He quoted us a fair price and we agreed. He did an outstanding job and finished as he promised. My wife and I can be assured that our garage door will work properly in the future!

Mid-afternoon Sunday discovered a garage door spring broken with both vehicles stuck inside. Checked around and found Precision seem to be the only ones that actually answer their phone on a sunday afternoon, and they could have someone out that day. About an hour or so later I received a call from Jacob that he was on his way. Jacob arrived quickly and proceeded to inspect the door situation overall also finding, and showing me how, both tension cables were failing. Jacob clearly explained my service options (without any upsell pressure) and proceeded to very quickly and efficiently replace both springs and both tension cables. It was clear that Jacob knows what he's doing and does it well. Thanks!

We are very happy with Precision Door! From our initial consultation to the day our door was installed, everything was professional. Their staff are knowledgeable and attentive. The door choices are many, and they helped us choose the style and color that enhanced our home's style and features. We were quoted a price on the door we selected and given an installation date. We received a confirmation email a few days prior to the installation and on the set day, the installer called and let us know he was on his way. Brian came out early which was good because my car was trapped inside. He gave me a few options as to pricing and guarantee and was also very polite and clean profesional in appearance. He told me the work would be done in about an hour or more but finished in under 45 minutes. I would definaty use you guys again but I hope I don't have to. They charged me $80 to tell me that my garage door was too old for them to service. Why wouldn't they ask how old the appliance is before sending someone out? Seems like they're intentionally trying to rip people off.
