The door malfunction late on Saturday evening (9:30pm) and the service technician (Steve) was at our home by around 8am on Sunday morning. Same afternoon services on a Saturday? You betcha! Joe showed up within 3 hours of me calling. He diagnosed the problem, explained my options clearly, and then proceeded to fix my garage door lift. He knew what he was doing because he was done in a jiffy and made sure that everything worked flawlessly. Even greased the wheels and hinges! This was the first time in 17 years that I had to call someone for my garage door opener, and I’m glad I called precision door. Check that off my list! Hopefully it will be at least another 17 years before I have to call again.
