Called for the 2 car garage door making alot of noise and track shaking side to side. James Long, technician said the hurricane bracing was too heavy for the 1/2HP motor (installed 2006). He stated he could adjust the heavier movement of the motor, but couldn't guarantee the length of operation would last. He was not pushy when he should me 3 different operators. I selected the 3/4HP , stronger to push the heavy door up and down, After installation...I couldn't believe the difference in the smoothness and quite operation. (note,the pass 3 operators has been 1/2hp) Yes the cost was higher than expected, but the 3 year warranty is worth the extra dollars, than if my neighbor and i bought an operator for "box stores" and spent 2 days installing it!!)

Best garage door service ever! My torsion spring broke and very nice Hunter was out in 100 degree weather the very next day and right on time. He checked everything and even lubed the hinges and rollers for me. We heard an odd noise on opening after completion of the new spring, Hunter knew exactly what to do to be rid of the noise instantly. Very impressed and they will be my garage door servicer from now on. Pricing was also reasonable even though I'm told the spring prices have gone up hugely since 2019. I noticed their springs are painted green and made just for them. I got the high cycle spring for longevity. Hunter said they are powder coat painted which is great for no rust.

July 1st our garage door broke and we could not open it. I called Precision and Yasmine was so helpful and polite and was able to schedule Marcus for an 8am service call the next morning. Saturday morning he called to tell me when he would arrive. He assessed the situation and installed a new garage door opener system, serviced/lubricated all door parts, and programmed the keypad as well as our cars to the new system. He did a great job in two hours and we are extremely pleased. I highly recommend this company for garage door services.
