They were on time. The inspection was thorough and after 19 years of service the moving parts (roller, bearings, cables, etc.) were badly worn. Also, the operator (opener) was also 19 years old. What triggered the visit was a broken door spring. All options were presented along with the associated costs. Given the situation I opted for repair of the door moving parts and a new operator. The repair/ replacement was done within 2 hr. The tech was professional, outgoing , efficient, and skilled. Now everything works quietly which is import for us since the garage is under the living room. Also, the components are warranted for as long as I own the home. Very satisfied with the work and the experience.
