Precision Garage Door installed a new set of steel garage doors, garage door openers, and weather stripping to replace the deteriorating wooden garage doors on my house. Precision's installation team arrived on time and completed the work within about 6 hours. The lead installation technician, Aldair, was great to work with; very professional, courteous, displaying excellent workmanship, and attention to details. Upon completion of the installation, Aldair walked me through the operation and maintenance of my new garage doors. Precision's installation team hauled away my old garage doors and thoroughly cleaned up their work area. What a ray of sunshine on a gloomy day. Luke and Marcus did a FANTASTIC job on my rental property. They inspected the doors, explained my options and went straight to work once I made a decision. My original garage door opener was ssssoooo old, Luke and Marcus changed out the springs, rollers, bottom door gasket and a brand new garage door opener, wireless keyless opener, remote comtrols, Wifi capabilties, security camera (bringing us into the 21st century) WoW!! what a difference. On a Tuesday afternoon a spring broke. I put together a call list of 3 choices to repair my broken spring. The first choice couldn't get to it until Monday. I called Precision second. A service man showed up to quote an hour later. The quote was reasonable, he had the springs, and I accepted. The service man knew what he was doing. The job was completed in 90 minutes. Our door was 35 years old and needed to be replaced. We also replaced the springs and the opener at the same time. Our experience was great. A technician came out and diagnosed the problem we had with the door and the springs (12 years old). We opted to get quotes on replacing everything or just part, with a few options. The estimator came out a day or two later, explained everything, and we chose our option of replacing everything. It was scheduled and the installer came out on the date scheduled and did everything in one day. From the technicians, to the estimator, to the customer service people we could not be happier.
