Russ was very specific and quick to identify the issue; was very easy to work with. It was evident that he has been doing it for many years. Despite some issues with scheduling, the manager was very accommodating and helped resolve the issue by quickly replying to my request. I wish it could have been little less costly, but I was completely satisfied with the work. Thanks guys.

Paul McIntosh provided outstanding and excellent customer service. He called me ahead of my appointment time to tell me he could be there earlier. He arrived in the timeframe he provided and started work immediately. He took the time to explain his plan of action and upon installation walked me through basic troubleshooting and operation of my opener. He cleaned up after finishing his work. He was kind and respectful. He was also courteous with my four year old son. I’m very pleased with the level of service provided by Paul and Precision Door Service OKC. No more getting soaked in the rain to manually open my garage door!
