I’m not one to leave reviews, but I felt it necessary in this case. Justin was my technician, and he was excellent. Really nice guy and was patient as I tried to describe my issues with my garage door.

I have dealt with several other Garage Door Companies but never been as satisfied with the explanation of the issue and options of resolve. Jess is a great representative of the company.

I called Precision Door about my door and they came out that day to check on it. We decided that it would be better to replace the door. He lowered the door an secured it. That was on Friday and the next Tuesday they arrived with the new door and installed it in a relatively short time. Deserves 10 stars for the outstanding service provided today. Late this afternoon with a storm forecasted we called to schedule a check on our garage door as it was making loud noises when used. Shannon got us in for service about two hours after our call! To make things even more impressive Justin Price provided the most exceptional assistance all the while exhibiting an amazing, pleasant, upbeat personality. It is apparent both your employees care about our concerns and strive to make everything right. Justin has a fantastic work ethic and truly cares about his profession something rarely seen in todays workforce. I am beyond impressed and will never be using another company. Highly recommended!

Justin Price came out close to scheduled time. It was Saturday, but the call was made. Justin was very courteous and kind. He told us exactly what he had to do. He didn’t try to pressure us into buying a new door or anything but gave us our options. He was prompt and very professional and friendly as well. He pointed out things that needed to be replaced and why. Very satisfied. I hope this will get him his end of month bonus. He also along with rollers replaced bearings and put on stronger cables and had all parts on his truck.
